We’re looking for a Content Writer who knows the Polish market and how to speak to different Polish audiences through all kinds of written communications including blog articles, web copy, email, and advertising. The ideal candidate will have proven experience writing for marketing campaigns that delivered results. Lastly, MailerLite has developed a strong brand personality based on human connections, positivity, and marketing expertise. Wymagania

Native Polish speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken)
Exhibit excellent writing and editing skills. Grammar nerds, please apply!
Content localization experience: an understanding of the Polish market and the ability to adapt global ideas into focused local content
2-5 years of similar writing experience within an integrated marketing team
Able to work independently (and remotely), handle several projects at once and meet deadlines
Must have website copywriting experience such as product feature pages and landing pages
Experience conducting keyword analysis and following best SEO practices while writing in-depth articles that are clear and enjoyable to read
Track record of producing content that increases engagement and drives leads
Great written communication skills
Ability to receive feedback and act on it in a positive manner
Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries
A passion for email marketing, digital technology, and staying ahead of industry trends is a must
Full-time position - 40 hours per week

Zakres obowiązków

As a Content Writer for MailerLite Poland, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand presence in the Polish market, while creating marketing text that will help achieve our goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Writing original blog articles for Polish marketing based on SEO briefs that deliver organic search results
Writing Polish content for various channels, including email, videos, social media, website, advertising and 3rd party sites
Translating and adapting English content for the Polish market. Not merely a direct translation, but localizing it to resonate with the Polish audience
Collaborating with our larger marketing team across Advertising, Education, Community, Website, and SEO to write integrated campaigns.
Analyzing and reporting on performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Keeping up-to-date with the Polish audience and industry best practices to continuously optimise our strategy
