About your team:

Coaching Team is a duo of (open-minded and friendly 🙂) AEM experts who deliver trainings and make sure that the markets are well taken care of in terms of basic knowledge of AEM and related processes. Being part of the team allows you to continuously expand your knowledge about digital infrastructures and their dependencies. Wymagania


  • At least 6 months of professional experience in the area of digital platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM6) or other CMS systems.
  • Good command of English - a must-have (B2 - C1).
  • Very good communication skills and no fear of public speaking.
  • Experience in international and intercultural collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Adobe Workfront is an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital infrastructures, as well as website rollout, maintenance and support is an advantage.
Zakres obowiązków


  • Provide and organize online trainings on AEM for markets and other stakeholders.
  • Manage training schedule.
  • Maintain and update a knowledge base in Confluence.
  • Act as a knowledge manager for other teams and AEM users.
  • Report to the client and send out global communication.
  • Assure quality of deliverables and measure market satisfaction.
